It's non-edit, just me walking and with slow motion effect after a normal motion one.
I have no idea of the quality became so poor once uploaded, but ZR1000's quality definitely is not like that!
Actually it took me some time to discover how to use the slow motion effect in the video. It's easy actually, press the menu button and in the rec menu, choose movie quality, there are several to choose and I pick the signature one, HS30-240. First, you press the video shutter button, and when it reaches the part that you'd like to make it as slow motion, just press the set button, and when you want to end the slow motion, just press the set button again, and press the video shutter button again, done!
